The team of Fell & Fair and Weekend Warrior welcomes you to our newest event: War of the Barons.

War of the Barons is designed to transport participants to the time of one of the most crucial power struggles in history. 20 barons - loyalists, rebels, and neutrals - will battle in a fictional version of Medieval England. Drawing inspiration from cinematic masterpieces like Kingdom of Heaven, Robin Hood (2010), and Outlaw King, we aim to recreate the aesthetic and atmosphere of early 13th century England. War of the Barons delves deep into the life of a soldier in a medieval army, focusing on rigorous training, camaraderie, and the thrill of battle.

The idea for War of the Barons was born on a misty May day as we prepared for the Greenville Scottish Games. Thinking about how warfare worked, from the equipment to the politics of the day in the 13th and 14th centuries, we realized it is the perfect setting for an experiential event. As we donned our chainmail and surcoats, we also realized how cool it would be to see hundreds of participants in similar gear. Within a week the spark of an idea had become a flame and War of the Barons was set in motion.

The War of the Barons team has years of experience crafting immersive events designed to transport and empower individuals through immersive storytelling. Our goal is to enrich the lives of our players and staff by bridging the past with the present in a tangible way. All while fostering a community that celebrates nobility, honor, and shared courage for the future.

We hope that you will join us in creating an experience that will be remembered for a lifetime.
